David Locklear

Overview

David Locklear was born in 1993 at Fort Hood Texas. Taveling with his military family, David was exposed to many cultures, and many different types of music. At age 12 David started with the drums and quickly mastered many percussive instruments. In 2009 David picked up an Acoustic Guitar and never looked back. He is currently performing in Texas and Louisiana. His genre is on the folk side, but he has his own unique sound. Davids local accolades are many. He won the Anthem Entertainment Battle of the Bands in August 2011 and will represent Lake Charles in this competition.
