Plate Lunches
Breakfastmay be the most important meal of the day, but plate lunches keep thehard-working and fun-loving residents of the area going until dinner. They’recalled “plate lunches” because the food is either served on a circular plate orfoam-hinged container with plastic utensils and a foam cup, filled with anice-cold beverage like a soft drink or sweet tea.
