Amos Orr moved to Lake Charles in 2008 from northern Indiana. Sometimes called "the Damn Yankee" by his Lake Charles friends, he has embraced the culture, food, and destination as his own, living as a perpetual tourist in his own hometown. After a short stint of living in New Orleans from 2015-2018, Amos has returned to Lake Charles with a newfound appreciation for the community and all it has to offer.
