Lindsay Mattingly is a freelance writer and stay-at-home mom to a baby boy, with another on the way! A life-long native of Southwest Louisiana, she grew up in Hackberry and has lived in Lake Charles since 2005. After graduating from McNeese with a degree in Mass Communication, Lindsay worked in public relations and marketing in Lake Charles for 9 years. She enjoys cooking and trying new recipes and loves all the wonderful seafood in the area - especially fried shrimp!
