I don’t know about you but I am always up for an adventure! So when I was introduced to a local crawfish farmer and invited to see a crawfish harvest in action, I grabbed my “Cajun Reeboks” (aka rubber boots) and headed out to the field.

Crawfishing is one of Louisiana’s truest forms of farm to table! Its hard work but most farmers do it for fun and the love of crawfish! I had a blast pulling traps and floating through the marsh.  Watch my vlog to hear the whole story!
