Director of Public Relations

Devan leads Visit Lake Charles’ public relations efforts with a focus on earned media, destination storytelling, and amplifying Southwest Louisiana’s visibility. As Director of Public Relations, he supports destination-wide PR strategy, securing coverage that drives awareness, visitation, and community pride.

Prior to joining Visit Lake Charles in January, Devan served as Executive Director of Visit St. Francisville, where he led marketing, PR, and advocacy efforts that increased visitation and expanded national and international reach. His background also includes nonprofit executive leadership, fundraising, and brand development.

A Lake Charles native, Devon is thrilled to be back in Southwest Louisiana and looks forward being active in the local community.
