Postponed: 2020 Live @ the Lakefront Concert Series

The dates for this event have passed. Please check back again for new dates.

Arcade Amphitheater- Lake Charles Civic Center

After much consultation and consideration, it is with deep regret that we have decided to postpone the 2020 Live @ the Lakefront series until further notice. The safety of our community, artists, entertainers, vendors, staff, and volunteers have and always will be paramount. This decision was made in an effort to help stop the protentional spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in our area. Please continue to practice safe precautions, such as washing your hands and wrist, limit touching your face, stay home if you’re not feeling well, and social distancing where necessary.

We will keep you updated on new dates once we have them. Also remember that you can still support these artists and bands by purchasing from their online catalogs, sharing their music, and displaying their works!

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. Subscribe to our newsletter and follow our social media accounts for the most up-to-date information on the Arts & Humanities Council and other art-related activities in our community.

Live @ the Lakefront brings Louisiana musicians and bands from both the local scene and from across the state to the stage. The event also offers an extensive open-air art market, food trucks, and beverage booths for all ages. Festival-goers can spread a blanket on the amphitheater's grassy hill and listen to great music with the lakeshore scenery and cool weather as the perfect backdrop.
This year, Live @ the Lakefront will debut a new format with more bands, two stages, and a new VIP area. Live @ the Lakefront is a fundraiser for the Arts & Humanities Council with the proceeds from all beverage sales supporting the arts through the efforts of the Arts & Humanities Council of SWLA.
