A statewide mask mandate has now been extended through October 27 for all people, regardless of vaccination status, if 6 feet of physical distance cannot be maintained indoors. Red, White, Blue and You! 4th of July Celebration 2021 🎆🔴⚪🔵🎇

The City of Lake Charles is excited to announce its annual Red White Blue & You fireworks over the lake is coming back on Sunday, July 4, 2021. The public is invited to bring their blankets or lawn chairs to observe the show, which will be choreographed to music and played on speakers along the lakefront as well as simulcast on KBYS McNeese Radio 88.3 FM. Spectators can tune in from their car radio or listening device. The fireworks show will begin at 9:15 p.m.

 

The Mayor’s Armed Forces Commission Queens will be on hand distributing complimentary American flags to wave. Food trucks will also line Bord du Lac Drive beginning at 7 p.m. serving up a variety of local cuisines and other tasty treats. 

 

The popular, family-friendly event is entirely supported by sponsors. Red White Blue & You is presented by Coca-Cola, Visit Lake Charles, Entergy, and Sasol of North America.
