According to the International Culinary Tourism Association, culinary tourism is the hottest niche to emerge within the travel industry in years. Nearly everyone dines when they travel, and culinary art speaks to all five of our senses. Research shows that the higher the bill, the more likely the patrons are tourists. Cuisine is also available year round, unlike other travel activities and attractions.
