The Lake Charles Gumbeaux Gators announce Jeff See as the strength and conditioning coach for the upcoming 2024 inaugural season.
See will bring his expertise to the Gumbeaux Gators, boasting more than 14 years of experience in the human performance field and a proven track record with top athletes.
Some of See's notable achievements include winning the 2012 California League Championship with the Lancaster JetHawks, a former Single-A affiliate of the Houston Astros, and being named the 2014 MiLB Double-A – Southern League Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year while working with the Chattanooga Lookouts, a former affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
“We’re excited to have Jeff on board,” said Sam Moore, the team’s general manager. “He brings a wealth of experience and proven success in enhancing elite athletes’ performance and will be a game-changer for the Lake Charles Gumbeaux Gators.”
See is also the owner and director of performance at Maximum Kinetics Sports Performance (MKSP) in Lake Charles, which will serve as the team’s official performance training facility.
“It’s an honor to be a part of the inaugural season,” See said. “I look forward to assisting the staff, players and the entire Lake Charles community for a successful future for the Gumbeaux Gators.”
The Gumbeaux Gators, the newest team in the Texas Collegiate League (TCL), will play 48 games, with 24 home games at Joe Miller Ballpark in Lake Charles, starting May 30.
