Whether you are planning a family, high school, college, or another type of reunion, we offer a variety of options for your event in Southwest Louisiana. Fortunately, Calcasieu Parish is home to many affordable venue options to host your next get-together!

Many of our park facilities offer buildings for rent, as well as covered and uncovered pavilion options at little to no cost. If you are looking for something a bit more formal, our special event venues list might be a good place to start. We also understand that some reunions may choose to host their event at a school or church facility, which is great!. Even if you don't need help selecting a venue, we have many FREE reunion planning resources we would be happy to share with you. 

One of the primary resources we can offer is helping you arrange hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests. We can reach out to all of the hotels you are interested in at once to gather proposals and room block rates for your event. After you have reviewed the proposals and selected a hotel, we will coordinate directly with the hotel to get you the group code or booking reservation link. This saves you valuable time, allowing you to focus on other aspects of event planning!
