“The hospitality sector has been the hardest hit industry over the past two years across the nation, but even more so here at home. We recognize how powerful every interaction is with visitors to Southwest Louisiana whether it’s simply recommending an experience or having a genuinely positive attitude that resonates with visitors, creating lasting impressions. The R.O.S.E Awards is a time to recognize those in the service industry for their dedication, spirit of hospitality, and attention to detail,” said Kyle Edmiston, president/CEO of Visit Lake Charles.
The 2022 R.O.S.E Awards ceremony was held in conjunction with National Travel and Tourism Week (NTTW), which is observed during the first full week in May every year. NTTW is a nationwide effort organized by the U.S. Travel Association to recognize the contributions that the travel industry has on the economy, workforce, and quality of life initiatives.
