Calling all restaurants! Visit Lake Charles (VLC) invites you to participate in the second annual Chuck Eats Restaurant Week. From hearty gumbo and fresh seafood to sizzling fajitas and creamy pasta, this is an opportunity for restaurant owners and chefs to be the stars of a culinary celebration.
The 10-day foodie event will take place from Jan. 19-28, 2024, and give those participating a chance to reconnect with their loyal regulars and attract new customers. During Chuck Eats, restaurants are encouraged to join and craft seasonal and innovative prix fixe menus, highlighting customer favorites and new dishes. To support the effort, Visit Lake Charles will launch a marketing campaign to generate local and regional buzz surrounding the weeklong celebration.
“Chuck Eats Restaurant Week is the perfect stage for our restaurants to shine,” said Timothy Bush, VLC’s chief marketing officer. “Not only will our partners be able to showcase their culinary skills, but they also have an opportunity to leverage the weeklong event to boost revenue during a time of the year that typically experiences a post-holiday spending slump.”
There is a $100 fee for participating restaurants to help cover some of the marketing costs associated with Chuck Eats Restaurant Week, which will help bring your culinary creations to the eyes of hungry visitors. To register and learn more about the event, visit www.chuckeats.org.
