Brandi leads Visit Lake Charles’ sales efforts for the SMERF (social, military, educational, religious, and fraternal) and domestic motorcoach markets. As Sales Manager – Meetings & Motorcoach, she collaborates with planners, tour operators, and hospitality partners to position Lake Charles as a welcoming and accessible destination for meetings and group travel.
With more than 25 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, Brandi brings extensive knowledge of travel planning, group coordination, and customer service. Her career includes leadership roles with local travel agencies where she managed office operations, trained travel professionals, and coordinated both individual and group travel experiences. She has also participated in numerous travel trade shows, conventions, and familiarization trips that strengthen her industry relationships and destination expertise.
Brandi’s passion for travel and strong industry connections support Visit Lake Charles’ efforts to grow group visitation and showcase the hospitality of Southwest Louisiana.
