Look for the big crawfish! Richard's in Sulphur, has that small town feel. When you walk in, you know that you will be treated just like another Cajun brother or sister. There is a long, glass case to the left, brimming with fresh catches to fry. Definitely, taste their scrumptious boudin. Whenever you are in Sulphur, drive down the road a bit to visit the Henning Cultural Center, 923 S. Ruth St. There is always a unique exhibit on display, perfect for an afternoon excursion. Other details: Cajun restaurant, serving seafood, steak, hamburgers and poboys. *Part of the Southwest Louisiana Boudin Trail
