Neida Kaye Loup is the chair of the Holiday House and is on the Board of Directors for the Brimstone Museum in Sulphur.
She’s held both those roles for 20 years as she plays a big role in bringing the Christmas Spirit to Southwest Louisiana each and every year.

The creamery boasts 32 Blue Bell Ice Cream flavors that can be made into cones, sundaes, shakes and malts.
