Matthew Lundmark is the founder of Lundmark Creative, a Lake Charles-based video production and marketing company specializing in cinematic storytelling for brands and organizations across Southwest Louisiana. A graduate with a degree in marketing, he built his career producing digital content at Waitr, before launching his own creative firm.
Matthew served as the director, editor and co-writer of Visit Lake Charles' America 250 video series, Made in SWLA, Built for America, bringing the destination's vision for the project to life from start to finish. He joins the show to pull back the curtain on what goes into producing a series that puts Lake Charles on the national stage.

Big E's Kitchen in Sulphur serves Southern home cooking out of a small spot just off Ruth Street, with a menu built around fried fish and shrimp dinners, burgers, etouffee, and daily plate lunch specials. A drive-thru window stays open late for Blue Bell ice cream, shakes, and cones after the kitchen closes. In addition, Covenant Coffee, a specialty coffee bar inside the restaurant, serves a two-origin espresso blend, matcha, chai, and other signature drinks made with locally roasted beans.
