Glenn Daigle is the owner/operator of Rabideaux's Sausage Kitchen in Iowa, LA. He’s held that title for over three decades making delicious Cajun specialties for Southwest Louisiana and its visitors. 

A contractor by trade, Daigle fell into the sausage-making business and now runs one of the most recognizable sausage/boudin brands in the state!
