Visit Lake Charles is working with restaurants, shops, and hotels as well as community organizations, municipalities, and arts & cultural organizations to gain insight on what to communicate with visitors, groups, and media partners about the obstacles, opportunities, and success stories following the hurricanes of 2020 to uplift the tourism industry in Southwest Louisiana.
The people of Southwest Louisiana are focused on rebuilding the community with future growth and resilience in mind. I am impressed every single day by the determination of residents and volunteers to uplift one another physically and spiritually. We will get through this and become a stronger community
