Located in downtown Lake Charles, Augustine honors chef Dave Evans’ France-born mother, who started a life for herself in the local restaurant business. La Truffe Sauvage

The finest wines and seasonal ingredients are used by the chefs at La Truffe Sauvage, an upscale gem that's tucked away in central Lake Charles. While reservations are not required, they are highly encouraged. The dress code for gentlemen is collared shirts and slacks, along with cocktail attire for women.

The Villa Harlequin brings together two of the oldest restaurant family legacies in Lake Charles, Harlequin Steaks and Seafood and The Villa. The menu fuses popular elements from Harlequin and Villa favorites.
