La Truffe Sauvage

The finest wines and seasonal ingredients are used by the chefs at La Truffe Sauvage, an upscale gem tucked away near central Lake Charles. While reservations are not required, they are encouraged. The dress code for gentlemen is collared shirts and slacks, with casual cocktail attire for women.

The Villa Harlequin

The Villa Harlequin brings together two of the oldest restaurant family legacies in Lake Charles, Harlequin Steaks and Seafood and The Villa. The menu fuses popular elements from Harlequin and Villa favorites. Ember Grille & Wine Bar | L'Auberge Casino Resort

Ember boasts an intimate atmosphere the minute you enter. The restaurant is divided into sections with an upscale piano bar greeting visitors perfect for ordering appetizers and drinks. White tablecloth formal seating is available for a more traditional meal. For private events, guests can reserve the Speakeasy dining room. The secluded atmosphere offers the same exquisite menu featuring steaks, seafood, and desserts along with an even more personalized service.
