Cindy Johnson

Director of Accounting

As Director of Accounting, Cindy oversees accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and daily accounting functions that support both Visit Lake Charles and the Creole Nature Trail Scenic Byway District.

In her role, she works closely with the Senior Vice President of Finance to prepare monthly reports and materials for Board of Directors meetings. She also supports key operational functions, including vendor management, expense tracking, inventory oversight, and coordination of audits and budget processes, ensuring compliance with organizational and financial standards.

With more than 32 years of service at Visit Lake Charles, Cindy brings deep institutional knowledge and a detail-oriented approach that supports the organization’s financial stability and long-term success.
