Kristen helps visitors experience the very best of Lake Charles and Southwest Louisiana by providing local insight, recommendations, and resources that make exploring the region easy and enjoyable. In her role as Visitor Experience Manager, she works directly with guests to highlight local restaurants, attractions, events, and outdoor experiences that reflect the culture and character of Louisiana’s Playground.

Kristen also manages the Visit Lake Charles gift shop, selecting merchandise that showcases the culture and traditions of Southwest Louisiana. Through thoughtful product selection, the shop offers visitors a chance to take home a meaningful piece of the destination.

With a strong knowledge of the region and a welcoming approach to visitor service, Kristen enjoys helping travelers connect with the people, places, and experiences that make Southwest Louisiana unique.
