Dillon supports Visit Lake Charles’ visitor experience efforts with a focus on frontline service, destination knowledge, and helping travelers confidently explore Southwest Louisiana. As an Adventure Guide and Visitor Information Specialist, he assists visitors with trip planning, provides recommendations on local attractions, dining, and lodging, and helps guests navigate experiences along the Creole Nature Trail All-American Road.

Since joining Visit Lake Charles in 2025, Dillon has served as a welcoming point of contact for visitors both in person and through phone and email inquiries. His background in hospitality, retail, and customer service contributes to his approachable style and attention to detail, ensuring visitors receive accurate information and a positive first impression of the destination.
