Kaitlyn leads Visit Lake Charles’ global sales efforts with a focus on expanding international business, strengthening strategic partnerships, and positioning Southwest Louisiana as a compelling destination for worldwide travelers. As Director of Global Sales, she oversees initiatives targeting international tour operators, foreign independent travelers, and receptive tour operators.
Since joining Visit Lake Charles, Kaitlyn has progressed through sales roles and developed deep expertise in the international travel market. She represents the destination at major travel trade shows, participates in international sales missions, and builds lasting relationships with travel partners across the U.S. and abroad.
She is recognized as a rising tourism industry leader for her collaborative approach, strategic insight, and passion for sharing the story of Louisiana’s Playground with global audiences.
