Shanna oversees Visit Lake Charles’ administrative operations with a focus on organizational efficiency, board coordination, and the execution of high-priority initiatives. As Chief Operating Officer, she supports the implementation of policies set by the Board of Directors and ensures the organization’s daily operations align with its strategic direction

In her role, Shanna manages core operational functions including office administration, board of directors’ management, and internal processes that support staff and departmental performance. She coordinates board activities such as scheduling, reporting, and compliance, while also leading special projects that impact the organization’s long-term success.

With 36 of service at Visit Lake Charles, Shanna brings deep institutional knowledge and a steady, solutions-oriented approach that supports the organization, its partners, and the broader community.
